This company sends you an email after you purchase the knives to warn you that the knives are very sharp. Well, of course they are. But, me, not thinking that these are new knives and I was warned about the sharpness, just grabs the knives like nothing at all. I am very lucky I did not cut myself! Anyway, my fingers were so close to the edge of the blade, that I said Holy cow those are freaking sharp! They are crazy sharp! They also fit very well in my hand. I didn't exactly buy these knives for steaks, I bought them more for cooking, baking, and opening packages. And they work great for that. I did have steak once and the knife cut like butter. I would very much buy again!
